Water Demineralization
Demineralization is a type of water purification in which all mineral salts are removed from water by using the ion exchange process. All natural waters contain, in various concentrations, dissolved salts which dissociate in water to form charged ions. Ionic impurities can seriously affect the reliability and operation of a boiler or process system. For high pressure boiler feed water and many other industrial processes, nearly complete removal of all ions including carbon dioxide and silica is required. By using ion exchange systems all dissolved ions can be removed efficiently from water.
RWT is capable to design and supply all different type of water demineralization system including cation exchanger, degasifier, anion exchanger and mixed bed polisher.
